Business Development Executive – Alcumus

The Business Development Executive role, internally known as Technical Sales Officer, involves managing inbound sales for both new and existing customers. Although the technical aspects are taught in-house and require no prior experience, the role demands a strong desire to learn and meticulous attention to detail. It combines comprehensive product knowledge, in-depth sector understanding, awareness of industry regulations, and adept problem-solving skills.


What that means day to day

* Gather business process information from clients
* Collaborate with clients to determine the best-fit approach
* Utilise internal systems and industry guidelines to establish audit durations
* Manage a project pipeline
* Prepare proposals


What you’ll need to be successful

Essentials:

* Telephone-based sales experience
* Demonstrable experience of building strong working relationships at all levels
* Confident in CRM systems for analysis and reporting
* Ability to present in a clear and concise manner and in a professional capacity
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong decision-making skills
* Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable:

* Wide industry and B2B background
* Knowledge of certification or TIC industry
* Ability to complete tenders, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and supplier proposals
