We are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Registered Manager for our office in Bridgend to manage, develop and grow the business. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our franchise owner and an amazing team of care professionals.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
* Ensure compliance with CIW regulations to achieve exceptional CIW inspections
* Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
* Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
* Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
* Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
* Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
* Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
* Support business growth and meet commercial targets
* Be willing to attend training, meetings, conferences outside of local area from time to time.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of CIW assessment criteria
* Proven leadership in care management
* Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
* Right to work full-time in the UK
