Your focus and expertise will primarily be in employment litigation, covering matters such as:
1. Unfair dismissal
2. Discrimination
3. TUPE
4. Whistleblowing
You will be responsible for managing claims and providing practical, preventative advice where possible. The role involves acting mainly for respondent clients, managing your own caseload, and assisting more senior fee earners. The position is based in Hull with some home working.
