Key Responsibilities
1. Implement new procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and monitor KPIs to assess staff performance.
2. Train and supervise warehouse staff, manage shifts, assign tasks, and communicate updates to the P&L Manager.
3. Ensure timely project delivery from HQ with all requirements met, including asset logs, certifications, and core asset management.
4. Oversee incoming and outgoing logistics, including hazardous goods handling and customs procedures.
5. Maintain stock accuracy and collaborate with the P&L Manager on CAPEX/OPEX figures.
6. Manage asset tagging, logging, and tracking systems.
7. Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance, inspections, and testing, including quarantine and write-offs.
8. Participate in operational and QHSE meetings, ensuring safety policies are followed and conducting warehouse inspections.
9. Provide in-house training on stock control and asset management systems.
10. Resolve operational issues or escalate them as needed, and deputize for the P&L Manager when absent.
11. Manage the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring safety standards and proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of items.
12. Coordinate warehouse team activities and collaborate with procurement to manage project lifecycle demands.
