Looking for a dynamic Project Manager to help C-suite stakeholders deliver valued transformational change. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow under the mentorship of a fantastic Integration Director.
You will be responsible for integrating small to medium organizations into a Group Function. The role encompasses various workstreams including People, Change, IT, Finance, HR, with additional workstreams identified based on acquisitions. Experience in Facilities Management and Mergers and Acquisitions is advantageous, particularly focusing on business integration post-acquisition.
Essential skills include Project Management, project processes, finance, and project reporting. The role requires strong Governance, Control, Stakeholder Management, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations. You will be involved in onboarding companies and executing the 100-day integration plan.
Candidates should have similar experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, understanding the demands of timely and efficient organization mergers.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be on the road 3 days a week during peak times. The base is around the Midlands for ease of travel.
