An IT support company in the East Midlands based in requires an IT Support Apprentice to join their talented team.
As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience delivering technical support to clients. You’ll learn how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems while developing your customer service and problem-solving skills.
KEY DUTIES –
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and networking equipment.
* Respond to support tickets and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
* Support customers with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., Windows, Office 365, antivirus, school MIS systems).
