We are currently recruiting a Registered Manager to lead our team at Leggyfield extra care scheme. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the scheme and ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to our residents. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Branch Manager: Act as a positive representative for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a respectful and person-centered manner. Deliver services effectively and efficiently, with clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to continually meet standards. Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff. Maintain good communication and connections with all stakeholders involved in service provision, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc. Ensure staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all team members have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities. Implement measures to comply with CQC regulations and aim to achieve the highest possible care standards.
