Your Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding Customer Care
* Handle customer calls and written inquiries via phone, email, and live webchat
* Effectively manage all types of inquiries and complaints regarding our products, stores, and the Lidl Plus app
* Work towards individual targets to help achieve department goals
* Liaise with internal departments across the business
* Explore potential opportunities for internal progression to social media, escalated complaints, or management teams
What You’ll Need
* Significant Customer Care experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A passionate, positive, and confident attitude
* Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality awareness
* A reliable and conscientious team player
* Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Working Conditions
This is a shift-based role that includes weekend work on a flexible basis. Shift patterns will include:
* Monday - Saturday: Various shifts between 8 AM - 7 PM
* Sunday: Shifts between 8:30 AM - 5 PM
