Technology Delivery Analyst
Location: Nottingham Head Office (on-site role) Are you the person people turn to when their tech stops working whether at work or at home? While previous experience isnt essential, candidates with 1st Line Support (or similar) exposure will be well suited to this role .
What matters most is a willingness to learn and a demonstrable, solution-focused mindset someone who enjoys figuring things out and helping others along the way.
What youll be doing Acting as the first point of contact for IT support in the office
Troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues
Setting up laptops, phones and other devices
Keeping asset records and support tickets up to date
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
Escalating more complex problems to the wider team or suppliers
What were looking for Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have 1st Line Support (or similar) experience formal or informal though this is not essential
Can show a solution-focused mindset and ability to problem-solve
Are willing to learn and take ownership of tasks
Are friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills
Are familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
