We are recruiting for a growing UK-wide Building Services organisation headquartered in West Yorkshire. The role is for a Key Account Manager who will manage national client accounts and support the organisation’s wide service sales.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £50,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate) + Vehicle or Allowance + Bonus & Commission + Company Pension + Leadership Training.
Requirements
- Remote role – must live within a reasonable travel distance to the head office and be able to travel to the head office at least once a week.
- Track record of account management retention.
- Consultative account development experience.
- CRM competency and report‑writing skills.
- UK‑wide travel with occasional overnight stays.
- Experience in hard facilities, service maintenance or building services.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience (desirable).
- Background in Building Services, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Hire or allied industries.
- Previous role as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Commercial Manager, BDM, Business Development Manager, Business Development Director, Account Director, Service Manager, Account Manager, or Account Lead.
