This position would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong mechanical background who has hands-on experience designing bespoke machinery, automated systems, conveyors, or similar special purpose equipment from the ground up.
THE ROLE
* Mechanical design of special purpose machinery and automation systems across multiple industries, including robotic systems
* Own projects from initial concept through design, build, and commissioning phases
* Office-based role with occasional site visits to customer facilities
THE PERSON
* Mechanical Design Engineer with special purpose machinery design
* Versed in Inventor, Fusion 360, Solidworks or similar
* An interest in designing automated systems, conveyors, or bespoke machinery
* Willingness to occasionally travel for installations and customer meetings
