As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will demonstrate our innovative products and software on-site, develop relationships with focus customers, uncover new business opportunities, and manage your sales area strategically using our CRM system, Salesforce.

What Does the Role Involve?
* Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating products and software on-site.
* Developing existing customers and uncovering new business leads.

* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* A solution-oriented approach to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Drive, curiosity, and excellent organizational skills to work autonomously.
* Essential: Full manual UK driving license and disclosure of any points on your license.
