Maintenance Planner\nWest London\n£28K - £30K\n\nMy client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Maintenance Planner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and solutions-focused environment, working within a company that prides itself on high standards and collaborative relationships.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and quoted projects across our client portfolio. You'll ensure the seamless flow of operations through effective scheduling, resource planning, communication, and documentation management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans in line with client needs and industry standards.\n• Coordinate communication across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to support efficient service delivery.\n• Manage documentation and reporting\n• Monitor maintenance schedules and prioritise workloads to minimise disruption and maximise efficiency.\n• Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and reviews on maintenance contracts.\n• Anticipate and mitigate risks related to maintenance operations.\n• Handle invoicing responsibilities including generation, tracking, and reconciliation in collaboration with the accounts team.\n• Promote a culture of collaboration, improvement, and contract excellence.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or NVQ Level equivalent (Desirable).\n• Experience: 2–5 years’ experience in planning and coordination within mechanical maintenance (Desirable).\n• Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with CMMS/CAFM platforms; Job Logic experience is advantageous.\n• Skills:\no Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.\no Excellent organisational and planning capability.\no Skilled in digital tools and record keeping.\no Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvement.\no Experience in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional teamwork
