In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting customer debt while safeguarding the business by conducting external credit checks on both new and existing customers. Your work will directly contribute to managing risk and ensuring our financial stability. What you will bring to the role: Process credit checks for both new and existing customers. Post cash received to ledgers when required. Progress customer payments on prior and post invoices, in line with the credit management policy. Amend customer setup details in the business systems. Carry out general administrative duties to support the Accounts Receivable team. About you: 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or customer collections. Strong communication skills to engage professionally with internal stakeholders and external customers. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Skilled at building and managing relationships in target-driven environments. Curious and inquisitive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
