About the Role
As a Rockfish Chef, you will:
* Prepare exceptional dishes using the freshest seafood.
* Ensure every plate meets our Rockfish standards.
* Work well under pressure, be organised and resourceful.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
