Kenvue is recruiting for a Senior Customer Development Manager based at our High Wycombe office (scheduled move to Reading in Q1 2026). What You Will Do
The Customer Development Team partners with retail, pharmacy, and wholesale customers to grow profitably. The Senior Customer Development Manager leads at least one high-priority GFO within a business unit team, acting as a role model, delivering against strategies, fostering strong customer relationships, and executing plans with excellence. They proactively seek commercial innovation and revenue growth opportunities, managing buyer contacts across functions, and inspiring their team to excel in account management.
Customer Centricity
* Maintain an external perspective to anticipate market changes and develop solutions.
* Deliver high-quality customer contacts to drive engagement and improve results.
Commercial Fundamentals
* Achieve NTS, TI, GP objectives, and brand share gains.
* Engage in revenue growth management efforts.
* Optimize trade investments and ensure timely, compliant ledger management.

* Deliver key initiatives and identify commercial innovations.
* Build internal partnerships for project delivery.
People Management
* Adhere to company processes and coach team members.
* Foster teamwork, innovation, and idea sharing.
What We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* Experience in blue-chip FMCG environments with a record of profitable growth.
* Experience with major global retailers, pharmacy, or wholesale channels.
* Strong experience in managing joint business plans and leadership.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and broad commercial understanding.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Nielsen, and Kantar.
