Join Bloor Homes as a Layout Designer (Masterplanner) within our Masterplanning team. The role spans the design, construction and delivery of new home developments.
Responsibilities
* Produce ideas and design proposals for residential developments that are commercially viable and meet national and local standards.
* Create hand-drawn and finished planning layouts following discussions with stakeholders.
* Present designs and handle queries while promoting Bloor Homes’ brand of urban design.
* Liaise with Group Design, Technical, Regional teams, Sales & Marketing, Group Procurement and IT.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role in residential housing developments.
* HNC/D-level qualifications.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage people and projects.
