Construction Office Administrator

Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Fully Office Based.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (part time also considered, approx 25 hours).
Salary £28,000 - £32,000.

A well-established specialist construction business is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support its growing team.

This is a back-office, administration-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, documentation and compliance. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business meets its health & safety, regulatory and compliance obligations, supporting project teams and senior management behind the scenes.


The Role

As Construction Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing compliance documentation and supporting health & safety processes across the business. The role is structured, detail-driven and suited to someone who takes pride in keeping systems organised and compliant.


Key Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain health & safety documentation and records
* Support compliance with construction regulations, including CDM 2015
* Maintain office systems and document control
* Prepare and manage PQQs, tenders and pre-construction compliance submissions
* Track training records, CSCS cards and competency documentation
* Maintain incident logs, risk assessments and corrective actions
* Liaise with external consultants and auditors as required


About You

* Proven experience in a compliance, H&S, quality or administrative role within the construction industry
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable managing documentation, systems and deadlines
* Working knowledge of health & safety administration
* Experience with ISO 9001 systems is highly desirable
