As Chef de Partie at Crerar Hotels, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen team, preparing and plating high-quality dishes while supervising junior staff to maintain our high standards. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage daily kitchen operations, including shift briefings, stock control, and monitoring costs and wastage. Working closely with senior chefs, you’ll ensure compliance with all food safety regulations while delivering outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.
