An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with highly developed interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem solving skills to provide a Personal Assistant (PA) service to the management team which includes the Senior Managers and Head of Service (on occasion), for the Home First Community Rehabilitation and Reablement Services, Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership. Working with both NHS Lothian and the City of Edinburgh Council colleagues and Services.
The post will require the successful candidate to undertake a wide range of administrative and PA duties including diary management and attendance at meetings to record and produce minutes./Action notes.
You will deal with a wide range of individuals at varying levels within and out with the organisation which will include providing information, directing and prioritising queries as appropriate, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
The hours of this post are 37.0, Permanent, and will be worked Monday to Friday. Post is Office Based, within Leith Community Treatment Centre and/or South East Locality Office, Captain’s Road, Edinburgh.
