Offer description

Responsibilities

* Upload and take down job adverts (Workable and LinkedIn)
* Manage queries in the recruitment inbox and delegate tasks
* Work with managers to plan and organise new starter induction plans
* Book interviews into managers' diaries
* Send interview confirmations to candidates
* Prepare and coordinate assessment centre interviews
* Train new managers on systems
* Supporting the recruitment team with ever‑changing day‑to‑day responsibilities


Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organised
* Maintain confidentiality within HR
* Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience using ATS – Workable/LinkedIn experience is advantageous
