Project Coordinator - Marketing & Creative
6 month contract role

Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of campaigns, events and product launches. You'll work closely with marketing, creative, media and wider business teams to keep projects moving, protect timelines and ensure smooth end‑to‑end coordination from planning through to execution.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with creative and marketing teams, filtering information and keeping everyone aligned.
2. Support project planning, resource needs and shaping strong creative proposals.
3. Oversee delivery alongside producers and PMs, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
4. Manage risks and issues, provide solutions, and represent creative teams in wider meetings.
5. Maintain project processes and documentation.
Profile
6. Experience coordinating projects across creative and marketing teams.
7. Strong communicator, able to simplify complex information and manage senior stakeholders.
8. Highly organised, proactive and confident driving timelines across multiple departments.
9. Able to balance team needs, keep projects on track and build strong working relationships.
