Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Our team is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote position focused on therapy and behavioral health support. You will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, provide treatment, document care, and help clients improve their day-to-day functioning. This role is a good fit for a clinician who wants a predictable schedule and the ability to provide care from home without losing the clinical depth of the work.
Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based therapy services through telehealth
* Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations
* Create clinical treatment plans and set measurable goals
* Keep documentation current, thorough, and compliant
* Support clients through ongoing treatment and follow-up care
* Identify safety concerns and respond using proper protocols
* Maintain regular communication with clients regarding care goals
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
* Active LCSW license in Virginia
* Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
* Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
* Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
