About The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
* Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
* Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
* Conducting continual reviews through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety
* Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
What You’ll Need To Have
* Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
* Demonstrated professional expertise and respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and local professionals
* Passion for community pharmacy and providing best care for customers
* Collaborative with a team‑centered approach
* Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
* Great communication skills; able to put people at ease and meet varied needs
