Key Responsibilities As Service Manager, you will:
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
3. Implement and maintain processes that ensure customer satisfaction exceeds national averages.
4. Monitor and control departmental costs in line with business targets while upholding quality standards.
5. Ensure accurate recording of customer data in line with group standards.
6. Maintain compliance with manufacturer requirements at all times.
