A vacancy has arisen within the Operational Support Team, Case Management / Referral Management & Children in Care Team, This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and successful administrative department and you will be part of a fantastic and highly motivated team that is determined to provide the smooth running and support to Children’s Services Team.During your apprenticeship you will undertake a full range of clerical duties including word processing, use of spreadsheets, maintenance of database systems, general clerical work, finance related work, reception of visitors, telephone switchboard duties, minute taking and other duties relevant to the service area. You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: • You must hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4 or working towards • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written • Good time management • Basic IT skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Team working • Commitment to complete an Apprenticeship • Ability to attend training.
