In Colchester, you’ll deliver exceptional service to clients, liaise with prospective vendors and buyers, arrange viewings, and use your negotiation skills to agree successful sales. You’ll build strong relationships, market properties with creativity and confidence, and drive new and repeat business.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree sales
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
* Focus on generating new and repeat business
* Canvassing the local area
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping
* Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
* Attention to detail
