A well-regarded firm in the South East is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist disputes team. This is a great opportunity to take on high-quality work within a supportive, modern environment that values autonomy and progression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Advising on a broad range of property disputes including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings
* Working closely with commercial and residential property teams to provide joined-up advice
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years PQE in property litigation
* Strong technical knowledge and confident handling of contentious property matters
* Excellent communication and advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
