Job Description
* Conducting detailed site surveys and customer consultations, especially for bathrooms.
* Collaborating with customers to design proposals that meet their needs and budget.
* Managing a sales pipeline of high-value projects, including reporting and forecasting.
* Liaising with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
* Maintaining long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent post-sale experience.
* Overseeing project delivery and managing key communications throughout installation.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Strong background in technical or survey-based sales, especially bathrooms or kitchens.
* Excellent customer engagement and project management skills.
* Self-driven and target-oriented with commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of the trades and property improvement industry preferred.
* Proficient in CRM and Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting.
