An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and versatile Property Manager to join a close- knit but dynamic Residential Property Development and Investment company based in Clapham.
The Property Manager Role
Working in a role, the role is twofold - that of Property Management and Development Assistant. You will play a pivotal role in managing properties throughout the whole lettings process, ensuring they remain to a high standard, and supporting the development team during various stages of property planning, construction, and interior design.
Property Management Duties include:
1. Manage properties through the lettings process, including advertising, conducting property viewings, drafting tenancy agreements, and facilitating move-ins.
2. Oversee an exciting portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and addressing any tenant concerns or maintenance issues.
3. Liaise with tenants and contractors to coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
4. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Development Assistant Duties include:
5. Support the development team during the planning, construction, and interior design phases of property projects.
6. Assist with sourcing materials and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
7. Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the aesthetic appeal and marketability of properties.
The Property Manager
8. Previous experience in Property Management or similar role (ideally 2-3 years minimum)
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
10. Bachelor's degree (property related is a plus)
11. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations preferred
12. Highly organised and strong attention to detail
13. Ability to work independently
14. A valid UK driving license

17. Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
