Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons to students with SEN.
* Foster a supportive, nurturing environment that helps students reach their full potential.
* Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students with a range of learning challenges.
* Collaborate with the school's leadership and support staff to ensure students receive the best possible care and education.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
* Flexibility and resilience to handle changing circumstances and varied classroom dynamics.
