Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading investment bank to find a Digital Learning Developer who’s ready to push beyond traditional e-learning and create truly engaging, modern learning experiences.
đź’ˇ The Opportunity
You’ll design and build cutting-edge digital learning solutions — from microlearning and simulations to animations, interactive content, and AI-powered experiences — all within a fast-paced, agile environment.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing innovative, non-linear learning experiences
* Developing content using Articulate Storyline, Figma, Adobe Suite, and Vyond
* Creating scalable microlearning and interactive solutions
* Collaborating in an agile, high-performing team
🧠What We’re Looking For
* Experience in digital learning / instructional design
* A mindset that goes beyond traditional “page-turner” content
* Strong understanding of SCORM, LMS platforms, and WCAG accessibility
* Experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Synthesia)
