Production Operatives Wanted - to start ASAP in Horsham!

* Monday-Friday 06:30am-14:30am
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 after 12 weeks on site)
We're hiring reliable, hardworking people to join our fast-paced Final Assembly Green (FAG) team. You will assemble and test finished products, follow SOPs, and maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Assembly/production experience essential.
Key Tasks:
Load & prep machines
Visual inspections
Replenish reels
Basic testing & fault finding
Must have:
Great attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions
Drug screening required before start

* This is a long-term role; we are looking for candidates who can commit beyond short-term or seasonal work
* Students seeking temporary summer employment will not be considered
