Hyra is working on behalf of Simplyhealth to hire for the position of Business Development Manager - New Business (Denplan). This role focuses on driving growth by identifying and delivering new business opportunities within the UK dental market. You will lead a team of three Business Development Executives and collaborate with marketing colleagues to optimize the sales funnel.
What you'll be doing
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new dental clients and groups.
• Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve revenue targets.
• Utilize technology and data to automate lead generation and nurture processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Ensure all sales processes adhere to FCA requirements and internal compliance standards.

• Proven experience in business development and sales leadership within the healthcare or dental sector.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for long-term client relationship building.
• Strong understanding of lead generation technology and data-driven sales funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting growth plans and results to senior leadership.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for required regulatory vetting.
