Key Responsibilities: Lead the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity qualification to submission and post-bid reviews, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and commercially compelling proposals. Develop and implement bid strategies that align with our growth objectives. Drive continuous improvement in bid processes, tools, templates, and content libraries. Maintain high attention to detail and ensure excellent writing and communication across all submissions. Manage and mentor a dynamic bid team, fostering high performance and professional growth. Champion best practises in bid writing and design while building a collaborative team culture.Bid Writing & Content Excellence: Produce and review high-quality, tailored bid content to meet client requirements. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance through exceptional proofreading skills. Own and evolve bid content libraries, case studies, CVs, and capability statements. Bring presentations to life with stunning visuals using advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.What You Bring: Proven experience in managing high-value or complex bids. Strong collaboration with preconstruction teams and senior leadership. A passion for creating visually appealing and engaging bid presentations. Experience using InDesign & Photoshop.
