Responsibilities
* Assist registered nurses in the ongoing assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of patient care.
* Support individuals with all aspects of care, including providing person‑centred care and promoting health and independence through awareness‑raising and care navigation to other professionals as appropriate.
* Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, pulse and other competencies agreed.
* Undertake clinical tasks including venipuncture, ECGs, and other agreed procedures.
* Recognise safeguarding issues relating to vulnerable children and adults and report problems or raise concerns to the appropriate registered care professionals.
Candidate Requirements
* UK registered Nurse Associate with an NMC pin number.
* Ability to relay clinical information accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
* Competency in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
* Ability to work within established processes and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
* Adept at adapting to changing priorities and capable of interacting in a personable, polite and patient manner with patients.
* Good judgement and awareness of professional boundaries.

* Annual salary of up to £28,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata.
