Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, Staffordshire, up to c£55,000+ (DOE) – Are you an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor looking for a new opportunity with a progressive law firm? Do not miss out on this role! JOB REF:9358.
* This team provides a full spectrum of legal services to a diverse client base, including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, local authorities, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.
* This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality matters with a collaborative and supportive team.
* Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with 1-4 Years PQE and broad corporate and commercial experience.
* You will manage your own caseload and support senior team members with more complex matters.
* Your caseload will include company formation, drafting memorandum & articles of association, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy-outs/buy-ins, venture capital investments, corporate restructuring, reorganizations, and shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions.
* You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
