Trading Support Assistant – 12 Month Contract Location: Harrow, London (Must be within a hour's commute) Salary: £25,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 12-month maternity cover I’m currently working with a leading retail business who are seeking a Trading Support Assistant to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, supporting trading and buying teams across the UK. The Role: In this role, you’ll provide key administrative support to the Trading Management Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and supporting day-to-day trading activity. You'll work closely with Buyers and other internal teams, managing large data sets and ensuring tight deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely administrative support for trading projects. Work with Excel and internal systems to manage and analyse data. Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. Identify and suggest process improvements. Manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines. About You: Recent graduate calibre, ideally in a business-related subject. Strong Excel and numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and present data. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Clear and confident communicator. A proactive team player who can also work independently.
