Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager

Location: London Or Bristol No preference 2/3 Days per Week Onsite

Role Type: Contract 3+ months initially ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
1. A degree level qualification (essential)
2. Strong payroll function knowledge
3. Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
4. Over ten years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects / programmes(desirable)
5. Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
6. Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
7. Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
