We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager
Territory: East Anglia
Salary: £45,000 basic + £10,000 - £20,000 commission + Company Car + Benefits
Are you a driven and results-focused sales professional with experience in the catering, kitchen, or equipment solutions sector?
We're looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory and drive growth across a portfolio of industry-leading ware washing, food preparation, and cooking equipment.
In this pivotal field-based role, you'll work closely with a strong network of regional dealers, focus partners, and key clients to maximise sales, develop new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer value.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Proactively seeking and securing new business to achieve annual growth targets
* Building a deep understanding of our product portfolio and marketplace trends
* Partnering with dealers and focus partners to generate and convert quality leads
* Developing tailored proposals and managing small to medium-sized equipment projects
* Providing end-to-end support including product training and technical guidance
* Maintaining a structured approach to territory management and customer engagement
* Delivering excellent service in line with brand standards and KPIs
🎯 We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a solid background in B2B equipment sales (preferably within catering or similar industries)
* Is a strong communicator and relationship builder at all levels
* Can identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently
* Is highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute
* Has a growth mindset and a passion for delivering value to customers
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and managing small project workflows
