Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all on-site contractors, ensuring smooth integration into projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and industry contacts.
* Lead and develop a team, ensuring high performance and efficient delivery of labour supply operations.
* Allocate labour resources daily to meet project timelines and client requirements.
* Liaise with Project Managers and site leads to understand workforce needs.
* Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, health & safety, and legal standards.
* Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation.
* Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in labour allocation and contractor management.
* Support the wider operations team in meeting business objectives.

* Proven experience in labour supply, contractor management, or a related role.
* Strong network of industry connections and ability to source skilled labour quickly.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
