Analyst Job Description As an Analyst, you will play a central role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial advisory team helping to deliver transactions and drive new business. From day one, you will be hands-on with live projects and gain immediate exposure to clients, investors, and entrepreneurs. You will work across the full deal lifecycle from origination to completion and across a wide variety of sectors, developing technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills. Typical Responsibilities Conduct market and company research to identify new opportunities and potential clients Analyse and prepare company valuations using both intrinsic and extrinsic methodologies Prepare client and investor materials, including pitch decks and process documents Support the execution of live deals, including preparing marketing and deal documentation, managing due diligence processes, and liaising with clients, lawyers, and investors Research and identify potential buyers, investors, or acquisition targets Contribute to business development initiatives and direct marketing campaigns Take ownership of deal workstreams and lead key tasks in small deal teams, often working directly with senior management and clients This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where Analysts are given real responsibility early on and encouraged to think commercially, build relationships, and contribute ideas.
