We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative clerical service for the Care at Home Manager and the Care at Home Service in East Caithness (based at Pulteney House) and act as the first point of contact for care staff, service users and their families along with members of the wider integrated team. In order to be able to carry out the duties for the post effectively and safely, candidates will be able to provide evidence of the following. Good computer, word – processing and typing skills. Good understanding of general office practices and procedures, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and respect confidentiality. This is a full-time permanent post of 37 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
