We have an exciting opportunity with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio, including new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits. It also supports technology upgrades for estate-related systems such as Protective Security.
Have end-to-end accountability for all aspects of project delivery and handover into BAU support.
Work closely with teams across Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to deliver technology outcomes aligned with programme deadlines.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, including executive level, to support project success.
Own and maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitor dependencies, and escalate blocked tasks.
Manage risks and issues, ensuring they are captured and addressed.
Manage projects within budget, with accurate monthly forecasting.
Comply with Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation.
Keep stakeholders and boards informed of project status and escalate issues promptly.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
* Understanding of RIBA design and construction processes and integration of Technology deliverables.
* Management of third-party Telco Circuit delivery, including Wayleave processes.
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting strict deadlines.
* Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
* Financial literacy to analyze data and provide recommendations.
* Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries.
* Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and teams.
