Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Panel Installer. The Solar Panel Installer will be responsible for the installation of solar panels on residential homes, ensuring systems are safely and correctly installed. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and cleaning job sites, setting up solar panels and electrical systems, and troubleshooting and resolving installation issues. The role also involves regular maintenance checks and adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in solar panel installation and general electrical systems
* Knowledge of safety protocols and construction practices
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Relevant certifications and training in solar panel installation and electrical work
