We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join the catering team at pretigious contract catering business in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role in a unique and rewarding environment, offering daytime hours with no evening or weekend work, where you will be working as Chef manager for a world renowned contract catering company.
Support the Chef day to day-primarily during lunch service
Oversee food preparation for:
Lunch: 80-90 covers
Hospitality: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including compliance and stock control
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Liaise with the client and ensure smooth delivery of catering services
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (FSL3)
At least 2 years' experience in operational and financial kitchen management
Confident with Microsoft Office and bespoke catering systems
