Working as part of a busy Prepress Team, you will play a key role in preparing customer artwork for production-ensuring every job meets exact specifications and the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and check customer artwork for print production using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
* Set up artwork in line with company specifications and print requirements
* Output files to PostScript and PDF formats across Mac and PC platforms
* Follow company procedures using in-house computerised management systems
* Maintain accurate documentation and production records
* Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external Sales Teams
* Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the prepress process
* Participate in training and development activities
* Carry out any additional duties as required by the role
What We're Looking For
* Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and ICT
* At least 1 years' experience producing graphic design work to meet customer requirements
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working as a Prepress Operator or within the print industry
* Experience in a digital printing environment (large and small format)
* A-Level or third-level qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
