Key duties include: • Leading & Mentoring: Delegating tasks and acting as a positive role model for your team. • Education: Planning and assessing individual child development in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. • Partnerships: Building strong relationships with parents and children. • Leadership: Deputize for Management when required and act as a positive role model at all times. Candidate Requirements: • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential). • Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading a room in a nursery setting in the UK. • Skills: Strong ICT skills and excellent communication (verbal and written). • Mindset: Passionate, motivated, and adaptable with an extensive knowledge of the current EYFS. • Safety: A current and clean Enhanced DBS is essential.
