Job Description Residential Conveyancer Location : Leeds Salary : £35,000 to £50,000 bonus (dependent on experience) Experience : 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience (5 years’ experience running a caseload preferred) This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy part exchange team within a specialist residential development unit, based in Leeds. You’ll manage a fast-paced caseload of residential transactions, including unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange. If you’re confident running matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision, and you enjoy working to quick turnaround times, this role offers real variety and a strong platform. The Opportunity Run a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion Handle both freehold and leasehold transactions Manage part exchange transactions, including unregistered property matters Draft and issue conveyancing paperwork Deal with pre-contract enquiries Review and report on title and searches Negotiate and exchange contracts Manage completions and post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry registrations Work efficiently to meet quick turnaround times and client expectations What We’re Looking For Essential Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run transactions unaided Experience handling both leasehold and freehold matters Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident prioritising workload and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style Good IT skills Discretion and professionalism Desirable 5 years’ experience running a caseload of general residential property matters Experience handling unregistered title work What’s On Offer Salary of £35,000 to £50,000 bonus (dependent on experience) Leeds location High-volume, varied caseload with strong process support Support, coaching and structured development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package with flexible options (including annual leave options, pension, wellbeing support and additional benefits) About Our Client Our client is a national legal and professional services group with a specialist residential development unit advising on complex residential property work.
