About the Engineering Supervisor Role:
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, leading a team of engineers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your technical expertise, particularly with blowers and similar systems, will be crucial in maintaining high standards and optimisingproductivity. You will also play a key role in promoting ISO 9001 compliance and ensuring a safe working environment.

* Experience: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Supervisor, particularly with blowers, bulk solids handling, pneumatic conveying, or similar systems.
* Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and maintain a positive team environment.
* Continuous Improvement: A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the workshop.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with manual lathe and milling machines.
* Health & Safety: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to workshop operations.
* ISO 9001: Experience with ISO 9001 compliance and KPI reporting.
